HIGHLIGHTS
Located along the historic Impruneta street, in a beautiful location, where there used to be an old carpentry workshop dating back to 1800, now you can find our laboratory and restaurant. Within the premises, we have a beautiful room where we can meet and get to know clients and collaborators.
Menu test:
The first step is to get in touch, we will offer you a wide choice of menus, once you have chosen the dishes that best suit your tastes, we will arrange a meeting at our Restaurant (La Cucina) to test and customize your menu.
Cooking Class:
Like in a home kitchen, a warm and intimate atmosphere where our cooking lessons are held complete with advanced equipment. Together we will prepare appetizer, first course, second course and finally dessert. Whether it is for lunch or dinner once you finish the preparations, you will sit down and enjoy what we have achieved during your lesson. Our experienced chefs will teach you recipes and tricks of the Italian tradition.
Private lunches and dinners:
An elegant and classy environment, in a warm and intimate atmosphere that recalls “La Cucina di casa”.
A private place, with our staff that will devote all the attention only to you. A cared service, but not intrusive, the idea is to make you feel completely at ease. We will welcome you with an aperitif, bubbles and small tapas, followed by a tasting dinner with wines and finally a selection of whiskey, Rum, Gin, Grappa and Amari from our collection.
The lunch and dinner service is by reservation only.
